Member’s Access to Credit Union Documents

Certain documents relating to the Credit Union’s finances and management are available for inspection by members at the Credit Union’s administrative offices located at 1314 Texas Ave., Suite 1800, Houston TX 77002. Alternatively, members may request copies of the following documents: the most recent balance sheet and income statement, the most recent audited financial statements, written board policies regarding articles of incorporation, bylaws, rules, guidelines, board policies and IRS Form 990.
